Elka Seltzer

One more cocktail creation in honor of the "Hot in Cleveland" season finale, Elka Seltzer:

Build in a highball glass with ice:

2 oz vodka
1 oz chocolate liqueur (I used Trader Vic's)
1 oz coconut milk
Seltzer to fill

Combine first three ingredients in glass, top with seltzer, stir gently.
