Lavender Liqueur is Underway!

I'm on a liqueur-making roll lately! In addition to the strawberry and melon liqueurs I made to take to Ohana Luau at the Lake next week and the limoncello in this week's episodes, I've begun a small batch of lavender. I'm winging it this time, but I have high hopes. It's looking a little charcoal gray at the moment, owing to the flowers leaching in the vodka base. Tasting soon...
