It's a Long Island Iced Tea with no actual alcohol! It's hard to believe, but it IS possible! Does anyone even remember the Long Island Lolita? She's moved on in life, but I couldn't resist borrowing her moniker for today's mocktail!
Long Island Lolita Iced Tea
1 cup French vanilla tea, brewed and cooled
Tamarind soda
Add ice to a highball glass, then add tea until about 3/4 full. Top with soda and stir gently.
