We watched a movie!

I've had an itch lately for Mystery Science Theater 3000, so I got a bunch from the library and tonight we finished "The Touch of Satan."  It was terrible in my favorite way.  I'm hoping we get time to watch more before they're due!

We're going big!

Paul and I decided today that we're going to take a play that we wrote years ago and make it into a film!  It's going to take a while, because we're really going to do it right, with a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds, union cast and crew - the whole works.  It will be a short film, probably a half hour.  This is by far the biggest thing we will ever have attempted, but I feel really good about it.  Right now we're in the information gathering stage.  When we have a budget we'll start the Kickstarter campaign, probably in the summer.

No more waiting!  The future is NOW!

10 down, 20 to go

Today is the ten year anniversary of our home ownership!  We closed on March 21, 2003 and were officially moved in by the next week.  Time flies!  I honestly don't anticipate living here another 20 years, but we do love the house and owning!  Here's to no more crazy landlords or psycho neighbors!

I.D.

The "Investigation Discovery" channel seems to feature nothing but shows about dead girls, so I've given it a new name.  I.D. now stands for Ingenue Dead around our house.

I love true crime shows, but sheesh!
