The Spotless Mind
2 oz light rum (I like El Dorado 3 year old)
1/2 oz ginger liqueur
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
A dash of cherry bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
